זיהוי כוונה — סיווג כוונה
זיהוי כוונה הוא משימת הבנת שפה טבעית (NLU) המסווגת את התכלית מאחורי אמירה של משתמש — כגון ביצוע הזמנה, בקשת מידע או הגשת תלונה — לאחת מקבוצות סיווגי כוונה מוגדרות מראש. זהו רכיב NLU מרכזי בממשקי שיחה ובמערכות אוטומציה של שירות לקוחות, תוך הסתמכות על אמות המידה של Larson et al. (2019) ו-Casanueva et al. (2020).
