סולם מנהיגות יישום (ILS)
סולם מנהיגות יישום (Implementation Leadership Scale - ILS) הוא מדד דיווח עצמי בן 12 פריטים המעריך התנהגויות מנהיגות ברמת היחידה, החיוניות ליישום מוצלח של פרקטיקות מבוססות-ראיות וחידושים. ה-ILS, שפותח על ידי Aarons, Ehrhart, ו-Farahnak בשנת 2014, מודד ארבעה ממדים של מנהיגות יישום: מנהיגות פרואקטיבית, מנהיגות יודעת-דבר, מנהיגות תומכת ומנהיגות מתמידה. מכשיר קצר ומאומת זה נועד ללכוד התנהגויות ספציפיות ליישום של מנהיגים בחזית (מנהלים, מפקחים, ראשי יחידות) כפי שנתפסו על ידי הצוות הקליני, והוא נמצא בשימוש נרחב במחקר יישום בתחום הבריאות להערכת יעילות המנהיגות וחיזוי הצלחת היישום.
