Modèle de Durbin Spatial Local
Le Modèle de Durbin Spatial Local (Local SDM) étend le Modèle de Durbin Spatial global en permettant aux coefficients de régression de varier à travers l'espace géographique. Il combine la capacité du SDM à capturer à la fois le retard spatial de la variable dépendante et les retards spatiaux des covariables avec un cadre d'estimation pondéré géographiquement, produisant des effets de retombées directs et indirects spécifiques à la localisation.
