Bayesian RNA-seq Differential Expression — Bayesian DE analüüs RNA sekveneerimisandmetest

Bayesian RNA-seq diferentsiaalse ekspressiooni analüüs rakendab hierarhilisi Bayesi mudeleid RNA sekveneerimise loendusandmetele, et tuvastada geenid, mille ekspressioonitase erineb bioloogiliste tingimuste vahel oluliselt. P-väärtustele mitte ainult ei tugine, vaid need meetodid kvantifitseerivad geeni diferentsiaalselt ekspresseerunud oleku tõenäosust, laenates statistilist jõudu geenide vahel ja majutades loomulikult genoomika eksperimentides tavalisi väikeseid valimisuurusi.
