Neutrosophic extension of SPOTIS

When to use it
n-spotis extends SPOTIS to handle Neutrosophic uncertainty. All arithmetic operations (normalisation, weighting, distance computation) are performed using Single-Valued Neutrosophic Set (SVNS: T, I, F; T,I,F ∈ [0,1], T+I+F ≤ 3) algebra. The final scores are defuzzified via score function S = (T − F + 1)/2 before ranking.

- Follows a transparent, reproducible computational procedure that can be audited step by step.
- Handles multiple criteria of differing scales and units within a single decision matrix.
- Assumes full compensation — a strong score on one criterion can offset a weak score on another.
