Thin-Layer Chromatography
Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC) is a planar chromatographic technique that separates compounds based on their differential affinities for a mobile and stationary phase. Developed by Egon Stahl in 1956, TLC remains one of the most accessible and widely used analytical methods in organic and inorganic chemistry, laboratories, and quality control.
