Estimering med Use Case Points

Estimering med use case points (UCP) kvantificerer softwareudviklingsindsatsen ved at analysere use cases og miljømæssige faktorer. Introduceret af Karner (1993) for Objectory-metodologien, giver UCP en struktureret tilgang til at estimere arbejdstimer ud fra systemkrav. Organisationer bruger UCP til at forudsige projektvarighed, allokere ressourcer og validere overordnede projektplaner tidligt i udviklingsforløbet.
