Agil hastighedssporing

Hastighedssporing måler mængden af arbejde (typisk story points eller opgaver), et team fuldfører i en sprint, hvilket muliggør kapacitetsplanlægning, release-prognoser og identifikation af procesforbedringer. Introduceret i Scrum-metodologien af Schwaber (2002), giver hastighed empiriske data til realistisk sprintplanlægning og forudsigelse af projektets tidslinje. Teams bruger hastighedstendenser til at identificere flaskehalse og validere procesforbedringer.
