ATAC-seq Analyse

ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing) er en metode til at profilere landskabet af kromatin-tilgængelighed genom-bredt. Udviklet af Buenrostro og kolleger i 2013, bruger ATAC-seq hyperaktiv transposase til at mærke åbne, tilgængelige kromatinregioner, hvilket muliggør hurtig og følsom identifikation af regulatoriske DNA-elementer. ATAC-seq er blevet en standardteknik til karakterisering af gen-regulatoriske landskaber, opdagelse af celle-type-specifikke regulatoriske elementer og inferens af gen-regulatoriske netværk.
