Simuleringsassisteret Quality Function Deployment

Simuleringsassisteret quality function deployment (SA-QFD) integrerer beregningsmæssig simulering i det klassiske QFD-framework for at erstatte eller supplere dyre fysiske prototyper ved evaluering af, hvordan ingeniørmæssige designbeslutninger opfylder kundekrav. Ved at indlejre simuleringsmodeller — såsom finite element analyse, diskret-event simulering eller systemdynamik — i House of Quality-matricen, kan ingeniører hurtigt kvantificere effekten af tekniske karakteristika på kundetilfredshed og iterativt forfine designprioriteter, før de forpligter sig til produktion.
