Robust Kvalitetsfunktionsudvikling
Robust Quality Function Deployment (Robust QFD) udvider det klassiske House of Quality-framework ved eksplicit at modellere usikkerhed og variabilitet i kundekrav, opfattelsesvurderinger og ingeniørmæssige korrelationsvurderinger. I stedet for at behandle input som skarpe enkeltværdier, anvender den fuzzy-mængder, intervalanalyse eller Taguchi-inspirerede robusthedsteknikker for at sikre, at de resulterende designmål forbliver stabile og kundetilfredsstillende, selv når input er upræcise eller svingende.
