نظرية عملية التطبيع (NPT)
نظرية عملية التطبيع (NPT) هي إطار عمل سوسيولوجي طوره كارل ماي وزملاؤه لشرح كيف تصبح التدخلات الجديدة جزءًا روتينيًا راسخًا ('مُطَبَّعًا') في الممارسات التنظيمية والسريرية. على عكس أطر العمل التي تركز على الكفاءة وتقيس التبني والالتزام، تشرح نظرية عملية التطبيع العمليات الاجتماعية التي تنتقل من خلالها التدخلات من ابتكارات خارجية إلى ممارسة طبيعية. تحدد نظرية عملية التطبيع أربع آليات رئيسية (التماسك، المشاركة المعرفية، العمل الجماعي، المراقبة التأملية) تحدد مجتمعة ما إذا كان التدخل يصبح 'الطريقة التي نتبعها هنا' أو يظل مشروعًا مؤقتًا.
