نقل المعرفة
نقل المعرفة (KT) هو التوليف المنهجي لنتائج الأبحاث ونشرها وتبادلها وتطبيقها لتحسين النتائج الصحية وممارسات الرعاية الصحية. وقد تم إضفاء الطابع الرسمي عليه لأول مرة من قبل المعاهد الكندية لبحوث الصحة في عام 2004، ويدرك نقل المعرفة أن توليد الأدلة وحده لا يغير تلقائيًا السلوك السريري أو سلوك السياسات، ويضع عملية هادفة لسد الفجوة بين البحث والممارسة.
