الإطار الموحد لأبحاث التطبيق (CFIR) هو نموذج بخمسة مجالات مصمم لتقييم العوامل المؤثرة على نجاح تطبيق التدخلات القائمة على الأدلة في الأنظمة الصحية بشكل منهجي. تم تطويره بواسطة Damschroder وآخرون (2009) وصقله من خلال الاستخدام المكثف عبر مجالات الصحة، يوفر CFIR مفردات منظمة وتصنيفًا لـ 39 بناءً تحدد حواجز وعوامل تيسير التطبيق عبر خصائص التدخل، والسياق التنظيمي، والعوامل الفردية، وعملية التطبيق.
