تقييم السياسات: الفرق في الفروق (Difference-in-Differences)
يطبق تقدير الفرق في الفروق (DiD) خصيصًا لتقييم التأثير السببي للبرامج الحكومية أو اللوائح أو إصلاحات السياسات. يقارن التغيرات في النتائج في مجموعة تعرضت للسياسة مقابل مجموعة مماثلة لم تتعرض لها، قبل وبعد سريان السياسة، مما يعزل التأثير الصافي للسياسة عن الاتجاهات الموجودة مسبقًا والصدمات المشتركة عبر الزمن.
