体细胞计数（Somatic Cell Count, SCC）是牛奶中白细胞和上皮细胞浓度的定量测量值，用作泌乳牛乳腺健康和乳腺炎（mastitis）存在的主要指标。SCC经全球兽医监管机构标准化，是奶牛场管理和牛奶质量评估中一种非侵入性、成本效益高的筛查工具。
