中性洗涤纤维（Neutral Detergent Fiber, NDF）和酸性洗涤纤维（Acid Detergent Fiber, ADF）分析是一种化学分级方法，它根据饲料组分对连续洗涤剂处理的抵抗力，将其分离为可消化和不可消化部分。NDF/ADF分析由Peter J. Van Soest在20世纪60年代开发，能快速评估牧草品质和饲料消化率，使其成为全球反刍动物营养和饲料评估的基础。
