纵向移动经验抽样（Longitudinal Mobile Experience Sampling）结合了经验抽样法（Experience Sampling Method, ESM）的实时、情境中信号捕获能力与跨越数周、数月或更长时间的纵向设计。参与者通过智能手机接收重复的提示，并在多个时间波次中进行回应，这使得研究人员能够观察个体内部的变化、稳定性和动态过程，这些过程是在日常生活中展开的，而非通过回顾性回忆获得。
