敏捷燃尽图跟踪 (Agile Velocity Tracking)
燃尽图跟踪衡量团队在一个冲刺周期内完成的工作量（通常是故事点或任务），从而实现容量规划、发布预测和流程改进识别。燃尽图由 Schwaber (2002) 在 Scrum 方法论中引入，为实际的冲刺规划和项目时间线预测提供了经验数据。团队使用燃尽图趋势来识别瓶颈并验证流程改进。
