VIA 优势量表
由彼得森（Peterson）和塞利格曼（Seligman）于2004年开发的“行动中的价值观”（Values in Action, VIA）优势量表，是一种综合性工具，旨在识别和衡量归属于六种美德的24项核心品格优势。VIA量表植根于古代哲学和当代心理学，将关注点从缺陷和病理转向人类优势和积极潜能。它有多种版本（完整的240项VIA-240、简短的96项VIA-96以及针对移动设备优化的格式），使其可用于研究、临床实践、教练指导和组织发展。
