公差叠加

公差叠加分析是一种预测制造公差对装配部件最终尺寸和配合的累积效应的方法。当具有个体公差的零件组装在一起时,它们的公差会以复杂的方式组合,通常会产生比每个零件单独更差的结果。叠加分析可确保最终装配在存在个体零件公差的情况下仍能正常工作,或确定何处需要更严格的公差。
