弹性流体动力润滑

弹性流体动力润滑(EHL)是指在流体膜润滑中,表面弹性变形在维持滑动或滚动表面间的流体层方面起着关键作用的区域。在滚子轴承和齿轮等应用中,接触压力极高,导致润滑剂粘度急剧增加,表面发生弹性变形。由Dowson和Higginson严格发展的EHL理论,能够预测这些重载接触中的膜厚、压力分布和摩擦。
