方言测度学
方言测度学是一种定量方法，它使用应用于语音、词汇或音位的客观度量标准来测量方言或语言之间的语言距离。方言测度学由 Jean Seguy 于 1973 年开创，通过比较不同语种的单词列表、发音或语音转写来计算相似度得分。由此产生的距离矩阵和树状图揭示了方言相关性以及地理或社会聚类的模式。该方法是对传统方言学的补充，并为历史语言学和社会语言学做出了贡献。
