贝叶斯序列比对 — 具有不确定性量化的概率比对

贝叶斯序列比对将生物序列(DNA、RNA 或蛋白质)的比对视为一个概率推断问题,而不是一个确定性优化问题。它不返回单一的最佳比对,而是根据取代模型和缺口罚分先验,从所有合理比对的后验分布中进行采样,从而量化比对的不确定性。当后续分析(如系统发育推断或功能注释)对比对错误敏感时,它尤其有价值。
