比冲功率(Ps)是一个量化单位重量能量变化率的指标,表示飞机在给定飞行条件下能够以多快的速度在速度和高度之间进行转换(或反之)。Ps由John Boyd在20世纪70年代作为能量机动理论的一部分提出,对于评估飞机在战斗机动、爬升和加速过程中的性能至关重要。比冲功率广泛应用于军用飞机设计、飞行包线分析和战术空战评估。
