การวิเคราะห์ ROC ที่ทนทาน (Robust ROC analysis) เป็นการประเมินความแม่นยำในการวินิจฉัยของตัวบ่งชี้ทางชีวภาพแบบต่อเนื่องหรือแบบอันดับในการจำแนกความแตกต่างระหว่างสองกลุ่ม (เช่น ผู้ป่วยกับคนปกติ) โดยป้องกันผลกระทบที่บิดเบือนจากค่าผิดปกติ (outliers) การไม่เป็นไปตามการแจกแจงแบบปกติ หรือการละเมิดข้อสมมติฐานการแจกแจง ซึ่งอาจทำให้ค่าประมาณ ROC แบบพาราเมตริกมาตรฐานและช่วงความเชื่อมั่นของ AUC เกิดความเอนเอียงได้
