SODA – Strategic Options Development and Analysis via Cognitive Mapping
Strategic Options Development and Analysis (SODA) เป็นระเบียบวิธีเชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้การอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อจัดโครงสร้างปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนในองค์กร พัฒนาโดย Colin Eden ในปี 1988 โดยใช้แผนที่ความคิด (cognitive maps) ซึ่งเป็นกราฟมีทิศทางของโครงสร้างเชิงสาเหตุ เพื่อรวบรวมและบูรณาการมุมมองเชิงอัตวิสัยของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียหลายฝ่าย SODA มีประโยชน์มากที่สุดเมื่อผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจเผชิญกับปัญหาที่คลุมเครือและซับซ้อน (wicked problems) ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันก่อนที่จะทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณใดๆ ได้
