ระเบียบวิธีไฟไนต์สทริป (Finite Strip Method - FSM)
ระเบียบวิธีไฟไนต์สทริป (FSM) เป็นแนวทางเชิงตัวเลขแบบกึ่งวิเคราะห์สำหรับการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างทรงปริซึมหรือทรงกระบอก โดยแบ่งโครงสร้างออกเป็นแถบ (strips) ในทิศทางหนึ่ง และใช้ผลเฉลยเชิงวิเคราะห์หรือผลเฉลยที่แม่นยำในทิศทางที่ตั้งฉากกัน FSM ซึ่งพัฒนาโดย Cheung ในปี 1976 ช่วยลดต้นทุนการคำนวณและมักให้ความแม่นยำที่เหนือกว่าสำหรับโครงสร้างที่มีรูปทรงเรขาคณิตสม่ำเสมอตามแนวแกนหนึ่ง
