Bayesian ANOVA
Bayesian ANOVA ซึ่งถูกทำให้เป็นรูปธรรมโดย Rouder, Morey, Speckman และ Province (2012) ทำการทดสอบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ โดยการวัดปริมาณหลักฐานสำหรับสมมติฐานทางเลือกเมื่อเทียบกับสมมติฐานว่างโดยใช้ Bayes Factor (BF₁₀) ซึ่งแตกต่างจาก ANOVA แบบดั้งเดิม Bayesian ANOVA สามารถวัดหลักฐานที่สนับสนุนสมมติฐานว่างได้ ทำให้มีข้อมูลเท่าเทียมกันเมื่อกลุ่มไม่แตกต่างกัน
