การประเมินหลังการเข้าใช้พื้นที่ (Post-Occupancy Evaluation หรือ POE) เป็นวิธีการที่เป็นระบบเพื่อประเมินว่าอาคารที่สร้างเสร็จแล้วสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการและความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้อาคารได้ดีเพียงใด โดยเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพที่วางแผนไว้กับประสิทธิภาพที่เกิดขึ้นจริง POE ได้รับการจัดทำเป็นแบบแผนโดย Wolfgang Preiser ในทศวรรษ 1980 และได้กลายเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นสำหรับการเรียนรู้ว่ากลยุทธ์การออกแบบใดที่ได้ผล การระบุปัญหาเพื่อแก้ไข และการปรับปรุงโครงการในอนาคต
