Kiwango cha Ubora wa Urafiki ni chombo cha kujiripoti kilichoundwa kutathmini ubora na sifa za urafiki kwa watoto, vijana, na watu wazima. Iliyoundwa na Jeffrey Parker na Steven Asher mwaka 1993 na kupanuliwa na Bukowski na wenzake, FQQ hupima vipimo vya ubora wa urafiki ikiwa ni pamoja na ushirika (kutumia muda pamoja), migogoro, msaada na mwongozo, kufichua siri kwa undani, ukaribu, uaminifu, na utatuzi wa migogoro. FQQ hutumiwa sana katika saikolojia ya maendeleo, utafiti wa uhusiano wa rika, na tathmini ya kimatibabu ya utendaji wa kijamii katika maisha yote.
