Swali la Nguvu na Ugumu (SDQ), lililotengenezwa na Robert Goodman mwaka 1997 na kuthibitishwa kufikia mwaka 2001, ni kifaa kifupi cha vipengele 25 cha uchunguzi wa tabia kwa watoto wenye umri wa miaka 2–17. Kinapatikana katika matoleo ya ripoti kutoka kwa mzazi, mwalimu, na kijana mwenyewe, kinatathmini ugumu wa kihisia/tabia na nguvu za kibinafsi, jambo linalokifanya kiwe cha kipekee miongoni mwa zana za uchunguzi.
