Kiashirio cha Ulaji Bora, Toleo la 2020

HEI-2020 ni alama ya pamoja inayopima ubora wa mlo kulingana na kufuata miongozo ya lishe ya Marekani ya 2020–2025. Iliyoundwa na USDA na Taasisi ya Saratani ya Taifa, HEI hutathmini vipengele 13 vya lishe: kutosheleza kwa matunda, mboga mboga, nafaka, vyakula vya protini, maziwa; wastani wa mafuta yaliyojaa, sukari zilizoongezwa, na sodiamu; na ulaji unaofaa wa nafaka nzima na mafuta yenye polyunsaturated. HEI-2020 hutoa kipimo kimoja cha ubora wa jumla wa mlo unaofaa kwa ufuatiliaji wa idadi ya watu, utafiti, na tathmini ya mlo wa mtu binafsi.
