Uchambuzi wa Mawimbi Uliounganishwa kwa Ukali (Rigorous Coupled-Wave Analysis - RCWA) ni mbinu ya kikokotoo cha nusu-kiuchanganuzi kwa ajili ya kutatua milinganyo ya Maxwell katika miundo yenye marudio kama vile gratings za kutawanya na fuwele za fotoni.
