Mbinu ya "Wizard of Oz"

Mbinu ya "Wizard of Oz" ni mbinu ya kuunda na kutathmini ambapo watumiaji huunganishana na mfumo unaoonekana kuwa wa kiotomatiki, lakini kwa siri, mwendeshaji wa kibinadamu (mchawi) hudhibiti utendaji wa mfumo. Iliyoundwa na John Kelley mwaka 1984, mbinu hii ni muhimu sana kwa kuchunguza mienendo mipya ya maingiliano (miambatanisho ya sauti, wasaidizi wa akili bandia, mifumo inayotegemea ishara) kabla ya utekelezaji kamili. Kwa kuigiza uwezo wa mfumo wa baadaye, watafiti hupata ufahamu wa matarajio ya watumiaji, mifumo yao ya kiakili, na mahitaji bila kuunda utendaji wa kiotomatiki wenye utata kwanza.
