Uchambuzi wa Rangi ya Matunda

Uchambuzi wa rangi ya matunda hutumia kipimo cha spectrophotometric kutathmini ubora na ukomavu kulingana na sifa za rangi. Kwa kutumia mfumo wa rangi wa CIE L*a*b*, ulioanzishwa mwaka 1976, njia hii isiyoharibu huweka daraja la ukomavu wa matunda kwa njia ya kimakini na kutabiri kukubalika kwa hisi. Hutumika sana katika mistari ya upambanuzi wa kibiashara na katika mazingira ya utafiti kwa udhibiti wa ubora wa usahihi.
