Uchanganuzi wa Six Sigma DMAIC unaozingatia hatari huunganisha tathmini ya hatari iliyopangwa — kwa kawaida uchanganuzi wa namna ya kushindwa na athari zake (FMEA), nambari za kipaumbele cha hatari (RPN), au zana za hatari za uwezekano — katika kila hatua ya mzunguko wa kawaida wa DMAIC.
