Tathmini ya Tabia ya Kazi (FBA) ni mchakato wa kimfumo wa kutambua mambo ya kimazingira na tabia yanayodumisha au kuchangia tabia lengwa. Iliyotengenezwa na Richard O'Neill, Robert Horner, na wenzake katika miaka ya 1990, FBA ni msingi mkuu wa uchanganuzi wa tabia inayotumika na hutumiwa sana katika mazingira ya elimu, kliniki, na mashirika kuongoza upangaji wa mipango ya uingiliaji wa tabia inayotokana na ushahidi.
