Multicenter Nested Case-Control Study
En multicenter nested case-control-studie inbäddar en fall-kontrollanalys inom två eller flera geografiskt eller institutionellt distinkta prospektiva kohorter. Fall som utvecklar det intressanta utfallet identifieras över alla deltagande platser, matchas sedan till kontroller som samplats från samma riskuppsättningar, vilket möjliggör poolad estimering av exponerings-sjukdomsassociationer med större statistisk styrka och geografisk generaliserbarhet än någon enskild center-nested design.
