Spatial Event Study Design
Spatial event study design estimerar de dynamiska kausala effekterna av en geografiskt koncentrerad chock eller policy genom att plotta hur utfall i drabbade platser utvecklas i förhållande till icke-drabbade platser över tidsperioder, samtidigt som man explicit tar hänsyn till spatiala spillovers och autokorrelation mellan geografiska enheter. Den används flitigt inom regional och urban ekonomi för att utvärdera platsbaserade policyer, handelsschocker och lokala arbetsmarknadsinterventioner.
