Robusno modeliranje strukturalnih jednačina (Robust SEM) primenjuje pun okvir SEM — istovremenu procenu merenja i strukturnih odnosa među latentnim varijablama — koristeći korigovane test statistike i sendvič standardne greške koje ostaju validne kada odstupajuća opservirana data odstupaju od multivarijantne normalnosti. Satorra-Bentler skalirani hi-kvadrat je najšire korišćena korekcija.
