Simulacija redova čekanja sa više ciljeva kombinuje diskretno-događajne modele redova čekanja sa optimizacijom više ciljeva radi istovremenog procenjivanja i optimizovanja suprotstavljenih mernih veličina performansi — kao što su prosečno vreme čekanja, iskorišćenost servera, propusni opseg i trošak usluge — u simuliranom sistemu redova čekanja. Ona proizvodi Pareto front nedominiranih rešenja umesto jedne optimalne tačke, omogućavajući donosiocima odluka da eksplicitno razumeju kompromise.
