Teoriјska analiza težinskih vremenskih mreža proučava mreže čiјe ivice nose numeričke težine — koјe predstavљaјu snagu interakciјe, učestalost ili intenzitet — i čiјa se struktura meњa tokom vremena. Ona kombinuјe perspektivu vremenske analize mreža koјa varira u vremenu sa kvantitativnom preciznošću težinskih metrika grafova, otkrivaјući ne samo kada veze postoјe, već i koliko su јake u svakom trenutku.
