Višestruki kontrolni dijagram — Multivarijantno praćenje procesa

Višestruki kontrolni dijagram istovremeno prati dve ili više međusobno zavisnih karakteristika kvaliteta na jednom dijagramu, čuvajući strukturu korelacije koju jednostavni dijagrami zanemaruju. Zasnovan na Hotellingovoj T² statistici i njenim vremenski ponderisanim proširenjima (MEWMA, MCUSUM), detektuje promene procesa koje bi bile propuštene da je svaka karakteristika prikazana nezavisno. To je standardni alat u proizvodnji i kontroli kvaliteta usluga kada performanse proizvoda zavise od više međusobno povezanih izlaza.
