ResumoThe User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), developed by Laugwitz, Held, and Schrepp in 2008, is a practical instrument for assessing user experience of interactive products and systems. It measures six dimensions of user experience using semantic differential item pairs, balancing comprehensive coverage with brevity (26 items in the full version, 8 items in the short form UEQ-S). The UEQ has become widely adopted in software engineering, human-computer interaction, and usability research to evaluate websites, applications, and digital interfaces. The NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) is a multidimensional subjective workload assessment tool developed by Sandra Hart and Lowell Staveland at NASA's Ames Research Center in 1988. It measures six dimensions of cognitive and physical task load to quantify operator workload across diverse task domains, from aviation and process control to human-computer interaction. The TLX has become the gold standard for workload measurement in human factors research and applied settings.
