Robust Quality Function Deployment (Robust QFD) utvider det klassiske House of Quality-rammeverket ved eksplisitt å modellere usikkerhet og variasjon i kundekrav, persepsjonsvurderinger og ingeniørkorrelasjonsvurderinger.
