Maskinlæringsforsterket panelhendelsesstudie

Den maskinlæringsforsterkede panelhendelsesstudien utvider den klassiske panelhendelsesstudien ved å erstatte eller forsterke parametriske kontrafaktiske modeller med maskinlæringsestimatorer – som LASSO, tilfeldige skoger (random forests) eller matrisekomplettering – for å konstruere mer nøyaktige baseliner før hendelsen, oppdage brudd på parallelle trender, og produsere gyldige kausale effektanslag over flere perioder etter hendelsen.
