CRISPR-skjermanalyse prosesserer data fra samlede genetiske skjermer ved bruk av CRISPR-Cas9 for å identifisere gener som er nødvendige for cellevekst, overlevelse eller fenotype under spesifikke forhold. Utviklet av Zhang, Sanjana og andre, transformerer denne beregningsmessige pipelinen sekvenseringsavlesninger av guide-RNA-forekomster til rangerte lister over funksjonelle gener.
