Aligned Rank Transform ANOVA (ART-ANOVA)
De Aligned Rank Transform ANOVA (ART-ANOVA) is een nonparametrische factoriële hypothesetest die hoofdeffecten en interacties detecteert in designs met twee of meer onafhankelijke variabelen, zonder dat normaliteit vereist is. De procedure werd geformaliseerd door Wobbrock, Findlater, Gergle en Higgins in hun CHI-paper uit 2011 en werkt door elk effect afzonderlijk uit te lijnen alvorens te rangschikken, zodat standaard ANOVA-mechanismen kunnen worden toegepast op nonparametrische gegevens.
