Framework Analysis — Framework Method (Ritchie & Spencer)
Framework Analysis is een gestructureerde kwalitatieve methode, ontwikkeld door Jane Ritchie en Liz Spencer aan het UK National Centre for Social Research in 1994. Het organiseert kwalitatieve data in een thematische matrix — het analytische raamwerk — waardoor systematische vergelijking tussen deelnemers en thema's mogelijk wordt. Oorspronkelijk ontworpen voor toegepast beleidsonderzoek met specifieke vragen en tijdlijnen, wordt het nu veelvuldig gebruikt in de gezondheidszorg, sociaal beleid en managementonderzoek, waar transparantie en rigoureuze vergelijking tussen cases essentieel zijn.
